Does every candidate have a 15-day joining timeline?
No. We work with engineers who can potentially join within 15 days, for example people between jobs or with a short notice period. Each candidate’s expected joining date is confirmed individually, and we tell you what we’ve verified for each profile.
Is BenchIndia free for engineers?
Yes. Engineers never pay BenchIndia anything. Companies pay a success fee only if they hire someone we introduced.
What should engineers expect after registering?
We review your details and get in touch if there is a relevant opening. Registering does not guarantee an interview or a job. We will not share your profile with a company without your consent.
How is candidate information handled?
