How it works

How BenchIndia works

A hands-on service for engineering hiring: you tell us what you need, we do the sourcing and screening, and you only pay when your hire joins.

How it works

A straightforward path to your next hire.

  1. Step 1

    Share your hiring requirement

Tell us the role, must-have skills, experience level, compensation range, work arrangement and expected joining date.

  2. Step 2

    We source and screen candidates

We source relevant engineers, verify their current availability and realistic joining timelines, and screen them against your role requirements.

  3. Step 3

    Review your shortlist

You receive relevant profiles with screening notes. We arrange interviews with the candidates who are interested.

  4. Step 4

    Hire with transparent terms

The agreed success fee becomes payable when the candidate joins, subject to your client agreement.

Timelines depend on the role, your requirements, candidate availability and your interview process. After we review your requirement, we’ll give you a realistic expectation.

What each profile tells you

  • Verified availability and notice-period status
  • Our screening notes for your role
  • Compensation expectations, so there are no late surprises
  • Location and work preferences

Is it a fit?

We’re specialists, so we’ll tell you honestly.

A focused service works best for a focused kind of hire. If your search isn’t a match, we’d rather say so than waste your time.

Usually a great fit

  • Companies of any size hiring engineers at any experience level
  • You need someone productive in weeks, not a quarter
  • You have a defined role, stack and budget range
  • You can review profiles and schedule interviews quickly

Probably not (yet)

  • High-volume or campus hiring
  • Leadership searches such as CTO or VP Engineering
  • Searches with no defined budget or timeline
